Access to private medical records
06/12/2011
As for Mr Cameron's intentions to release our medical records to private companies, this can only have one purpose. It is to make it easier for private companies to cherry pick the most lucrative parts of the NHS. How can he possibly do this without our consent? One answer is that he will try to change the law.
The only way he can possibly do this is to take away our civil liberties and to do this he will have to first of all do away with the Human Rights Act, otherwise he will be breaching both Article 5 - the right to liberty and security of the person and Article 8 - the right to respect for private and family life of the Act.
Where is the opposition to all these changes?
David Cameron promised never to touch the NHS. In actual fact he has booted it out of the door and effectively assaulted it! How can anyone ever trust this man or any of his intentions?
I think perhaps it's already time to call time on this Tory led government and give it the boot that it deserves.
It is in the interest and benefit of every person in this country to support it.
